As mounting NTFS disks in Snow Leopard to support reading and writing
As you know Snow Leopard can read NTFS disk formats by default but can not copy files to them. Until now this could be solved by installing payment software Paragon NTFS or MacFuse biene installing along with the NTFS-3G (both free).
Now there is another free alternative to write to NTFS disks from Snow Leopard, it's NTFS Mounter 
NTFS Mounter Once installed, the application automatically recognize NTFS formatted volumes. Now just select the drive, click and mount it.
