Bad news: Rapidshare may change or disappear altogether

Rapidshare was sued by the GEMA (the German SGAE) and was finally sentenced to pay a fine of 24 million euro fine, plus having to filter content with rights more effectively.

While they may appeal the decision dle judge, paints a very bad thing ... a shame because rapidshare is the only download I've been using for just over a year ...
